Not even starving.

Eating is healing. Being sated and at full health wastes the healing. Everyone has their own comfort level with how far to lose health before eating, and OP isn’t even starving yet, so your comment is kind of odd.

Are you serious? I’m not even starving. And in the sewers I usually tend to let the health go down to 5-10 before eating or healing.
