I’ve been going to a coffee and a chat mental health support group lately, and it’s near a park. This week was cold, but the weather was nice enough to go for a walk, so I spent about an hour slowly making my way through the park and adding to OpenStreetMap.
It’s been a while since I’ve felt well enough to go for a walk for the sake of it, and the mapping made me feel like I’d accomplished something too :)
