I’ve got a cup of coffee and a dream to make it through this day.

The secret is to take in enough mild stimulant (coffee, pre-workout or whatever) that it becomes so unpleasant to do nothing that you’ll do whatever to make it stop.

Same for me, but if I exceed 5-6 cups of coffee in a very short time my whole body starts tingling to the point where I need to take my mind off it to not go insane.

Honest question, do depressants give you energy? Like if coffee makes you want to sleep, can you take 2 benedryl and feel like you want to run a marathon?

For some folks it actually does, my dad gets that kind of response from some usually sedating meds. He may or may not have ADHD but I do and it runs in families… my mom is undiagnosed but probably has it though.

nope 😭 those also make me sleepy

the only things that give me energy are the lame af healthy diets, good sleep, exercise, and sunlight
