16:08:47+00:00. *** A report of a patient who is currently in the BC007 Trial
for LongCovid. I don’t know him personally. I got the report sent from a fb
group… BC007 or placebo running. I still don’t notice anything. Update 19:45: I
don’t notice anything. The action was exhausting. Stayed in the clinic from
08:00 to 17:00. Since this was asked: - The second infusion follows 15 days
after the first. * The placebo is administered exactly like the drug. The study
is double-blind. Neither the doctors performing the test nor the test person
know what will happen. The size of the dose is probably the only thing you can
tell as they have two different durations. I had the small dose. Small is 1350
mg at 75 minutes run time. The other is 1900 mg at 105 minutes run time. There
is a placebo for both terms. -The following tests were made beforehand, some of
which are repeated several times: ECG while lying down, which is continued at
some point while standing, including blood pressure, pulse and blood oxygen,
blood values, urine, walking test, Facit-F. I will try to add more here if it
makes sense to me and if I have the opportunity to do so. 06.07.: No significant
change in my condition more than 24 hours after the infusion. But that doesn’t
worry me because I’m giving the body time to repair the many damages caused by
circulatory disorders and small fiber neuropathy. That can’t go away overnight,
as it developed over weeks and months. There will also be a reason for giving a
second dose after 2 weeks. 07.07.: There will be an examination at the clinic
this afternoon. I’m curious to see if I’ll do better in the walking test, which
went surprisingly well on Wednesday, and if I’ll be told. I forgot to ask about
the walk test. Was somehow distracted by the fact that no lactate was measured
after the test today. Loud I was a fitness tracker in the first few minutes at
120 Pulse on the way, which then after reduction of Speed not below 90. Worse
than Wednesday, but it was later in the day, I was still sober and I drove there
myself. Otherwise just a little less than 2 hours stay. The medical profession
was surprisingly curious to find out if I could feel any changes. Pulse was
about 100 this evening while walking 300 meters again. 10.07. Scored 5 on
visible for the first time two days in a row this morning. I always double
measure when I don’t believe the value. Image as a comment below. Had a long
evening at an event on Saturday, where I stood almost the entire time. High
pulse last night during a walk after a longer distance than usual, which also
calmed down more quickly. The whole thing at a more normal, i.e. faster, pace
than before. The expected crash has not come so far. I wonder how severe a
placebo effect can be or how well this drug works. I will keep you updated.
Was too interesting for me to not share it.
